Rick Peterson, an award winning Tucson based photographer, offers creative commercial photography services. His clients benefit from his 25 years of experience in the field of advertising, corporate and catalog styles of photography. Rick is regularly referred to others because of his easy-going manner and consistent results on whatever project he undertakes. Peterson alternates between his two specialties of corporate/properties and jewelry/product. His studio is routinely filled with catalog or advertising jobs, working with shoes, fashion, jewelry, sporting goods, medical or industrial products. When on location, Rick brings an efficient work flow and a keen eye to the photography of properties, resorts and casinos, as well as corporate and industrial operations and their personnel. He has been the force behind making unique images for prestigious annual reports in Arizona and nationally.Rick began his career in his hometown of Honolulu, where he honed his skills within the hospitality industry. His client list includes high profile accounts such as Sheraton, Hyatt, Outrigger, Waikiki Beach Operator’s Association, AMFAC, United Airlines and Hertz.Tucson is now home for Rick, where he lives with his love, Jill, and their pets, Cokie, Oliver and CC. Jill is a photographer/writer and they collaborate on many projects together. Rick’s rural home/ studio sits on a large acreage which provides a pleasing location and propping for many of his shoots. He is past president and a member of the ASMP, the American Society of Media Photographers.Between the spaces Rick and Jill travel to "their home" in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, where they roam the streets creating fine art images. Still "an Island Boy" at heart, Rick returns to Honolulu several times a year to see family, friends and clients.
